Claire Cameron was Spectrum‘s engagement editor from 2016 to 2019. She oversaw Spectrum’s social media and audience engagement, including webinars, comment moderation and syndicated articles.

Prior to joining the team, Claire was the social media and news editor at Nautilus, an award-winning science and culture magazine. She has also worked as a breaking-news reporter in New York and Scotland, and has written for The New York Observer, BBC online, The Sunday Times, DNA InfoThe Morning News and others.

Claire has an M.A. in English literature and history from the University of Edinburgh and an M.S. in journalism from Columbia University.
